The "LT4000M" is a product that reads product codes with a barcode reader and records operational and non-operational events as well as production results. Data recorded on the on-site terminal can be manually imported into a PC for aggregation using Excel or similar software. Automatic data collection utilizes basic data collection software. Based on the collected data, it is possible to build a system that accurately understands operating time, non-operating time, and production volume.
